The foundation stone for the new integrated block building complex was laid by Sri M M Mani, the honourable MLA of the Udumbanchola constituency on 8th July 2026. The meeting was presided over by the Sri. P N Vijayan,Chairman of the College Development Committee. The integrated block building is funded by the MLA fund of the honourable MLA MM Mani 3 crores and 50 Lacks from the building fund of CPAS. The building work has not yet been started pending sanction of the Fund.
